Chau, the owner, is a kind and personable woman! She alone makes the trip to Pho Chau worth it! For food, the lo mein is absolutely terrific, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Try the Ban Xeo (Vietnamese Crepe with shrimp, pork, onions, sprouts inside. Served with sides of lettuce, mint, basil, lemon fish sauce)
