Easy in and out, cafeteria style seating and on part with most others with price and variety. Good luck parking in the lot, your better off around the corner and walk over.

Great broth. Large is .60 more and A LOT bigger than a small.

Pho is delicious and fast. Would eat here again. Fairly inexpensive too.

Best pho! The portion size is great, service is quick! Try the spring rolls - they're awesome with the peanut dipping sauce.

Can't go wrong with #15. Fatty, tender pieces of meat and chewy banh pho with a better than average broth (for the states).

When it comes to Pho, Pho Ha nailed the most important part: the broth. Perfectly pleasing without being overwhelming. The thin-sliced raw steak and house made chili sauce make this Philly's best.

#2 with an iced milk coffee. Most satisfying meals I can think of. If you're really hungry throw in an order of spring rolls.
