Abura soba was awesome: noodles were springy and the... ... are superior. The miso broth is delightfully salty and porky. Must try the Pork Buns and Miso Ramen!

We had the "miso ramen" and the "shoyu" and both were delicious. The place definitely hit the spot. Good value for price, service was also on point. Remember cash only!

Not a lot of seating but you so not wait long. The pork puns are amazing. Husband got the miso ramen and I got ship both amazing!

Hokkaido-born chef Akira Hiratsuka ferments his noodles for 48 hours, which lends the strands a wild, funky character that marries well with the briny shio broth.

Decent to great ramen depending on what you order. Miso ramen, shio ramen, and abura soba are the best of the lot.

The miso broth is a little milky, porky and delicious. Comes with ground pork.

They do have a veggie broth for those who are allergic to shellfish or of the vegetarian persuasion. It's not on the menu, but just ask your server.

At the risk of sounding like an utter douche, this is the only non-Ippudo ramen I've eaten and felt was not pointless. In fact the noodles are superior. The miso broth is delightfully salty and porky.

Yebisu ramen is a nice change of pace, but the miso ramen is shockingly out of this world! Try both! (But mostly the miso)

Get the house favorite "Yebisu Ramen" with a spicy egg for that extra kick. Then be prepared to have your taste buds totally blown away with delicious infused flavors. From first bite until your last.

Delicious seafood broth based ramen. The miso is intense and flavorful. The soupless Abura Soba, which comes with a poached egg, is also fantastic.
