So damn good. Silky tofu appetizer is my favorite tofu I've had
... and brothy, try the stamina soba , comes with a green tea at the end. Also...
... ever! Try Stamina or Yuba dip soba.

Sansai Soba is a great veggie pick! Once you're done you can request hot water to dilute the broth and drink it up! A small cup of tea is served post meal as well :)

start out with some delectable Tofu that'll make you feel like you're in Tokyo, savor the incredible broth of the Stamina soba, and finish it off with the green tea affogato. this place is money.

Like buying a gremlin, the Stamina Soba comes with a specific set of instructions written on an index card. If you follow it correctly, you'll be rewarded with one of the best noodle dishes in NYC

Natto (fermented soybean) on "cold soba is mixed with egg, soy, onions and crushed sesame seeds. This dish is an amazing taste experience, sour and sweet and salty at the same time." ($8.50).

Try the Stamina Soba, which combines savory and briny seaweed-bonito stocks and features pork belly, scallion and a plump ginger-chicken meatball. It’s one of our #100best dishes and drinks of 2011.

Pork curry soba is the jam. Still have dreams about it. Also, if you're into a creamy dessert, the tofu dessert is surprisingly decadent and delicious

If you're having trouble deciding, I suggest ordering based on which menu character you find most adorable. Probably the puppy.
