Get the fried chicken, chicken meatballs with asparagus, noodles in stone pot, &... ... authentic Izakaya. Good sashimi. Pricey though The monstrous blue fun tuna collar is out of this world!

Don't come here searching for a Philadelphia roll - this place is super authentic, where Japanese come to eat Japanese. Food & ambience were outstanding. Teriyaki Chicken was to die for.

Excellent! Wonderful ambiance ...one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to....anywhere. Don't miss the teriyaki chicken, grilled beef and ginger pork rice. Great service. Very authentic.

Sashimi here is amazing, as is scallops grilled on salt because it comes served on a brick sized piece of hot salt. And the Tsukune (Chicken Meatball Skewers) has a surprise onsen egg dipping sauce.

Omacase is amazing. Go for the pork belly, code fish fillet and sea urchin sashimi.

Our concierge at 6 Columbus says that the sashimi platter is delicate and the homemade tofu melts in your mouth. Delicious Asian fusion.

They took out the classic dishes like chicken meatballs, grilled pork cheeks. No more charcoal grill. Food not as good as before.

The prix fixe Ju-bako ($35) and the Aburiya Set ($25) bring a variety of items. The tofu is delicately soft, the sea bass and salmon sashimi delicate and buttery, the Wasu steak artfully flavored.
