They've got five types of vegetarian rolls :) The avocado, vegetable, and sweet potato are all delicious

I had tempura sweet potato rolls with soy paper instead of seaweed. So good!

Eel is good but the crawfish is plain and bland. It's not bad but it's nothing special and it tastes nothing like you might expect of you like boiled crawfish.

Service was barely there. Yes we went at 945pm, but no excuse. Spicy tuna rolls were good.

Stir fry soba noodles with shrimp is quite smoky and delicious. It's light too... you won't leave feeling heavy or full.

Great experience. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Nathan rocks, if you come request him. Definitely coming back when I'm in town. :)

The White Tuna Jalapeño appetizer is the closest thing I've found to the Nobu version. It's pretty amazing!
